Flights from India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka were previously cancelled until 15 August, in line with prior UAE Government guidelines. As some restrictions will ease from 5 August, we are working to resume flights as soon as possible for eligible guests to travel to the UAE and for transit.
We are also working to resume previously cancelled flights from Bangladesh, for transit passengers only.
Guests impacted by the cancellations are being notified directly, and more information is available on etihad.com/destinationguide, or through the mobile app. Guests who have purchased their tickets through a travel agent are advised to contact their agent for assistance.
Eligible Guests will be able to rebook their flights once our schedule has been confirmed and should check etihad.com for updates.
Etihad contact centres are experiencing long wait times due to increased demand, and we ask guests contact us only if your enquiry is urgent.
In line with the latest directive issued by the government of Saudi Arabia, passenger travel between the UAE and Saudi Arabia has been suspended until further notice. As a result of these changes, Etihad have cancelled flights between Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia until 15 August, 2021.
Please note this is an evolving situation, and this date may have to be extended in line with government mandates.
Etihad is working closely with impacted guests to notify them of the changes to their itineraries.

In line with the latest directives issued by the government of the Philippines, passengers from the UAE and Oman will not be accepted for travel to Manila (MNL) until 15 August, 2021, with the exemption of Filipino citizens who are part of the government repatriation programme.
Etihad will continue to operate flights to Manila carrying transiting passengers from non-restricted countries and flights from Manila with passengers travelling to Abu Dhabi and across our network. These passengers will be subject to acceptance and quarantine conditions.
