To make sure you stay safe when you travel, it’s really important that you read these guidelines before you fly. Remember to check the regulations at both your departure and arrival destination.
For protection and peace of mind, you must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test before every Etihad Airways flight.

Get Verified to Fly
You must have a COVID-19 PCR test before you fly to Abu Dhabi, even if you are just transiting. Enter your final destination above to find out where and when to take your test.

COVID-19 wellness insurance is included with every Etihad Airways ticket up to 30 September 2021.
If you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 whilst you’re away, we’ll take care of your medical expenses and quarantine costs.

We’re taking extra steps to make sure you feel safe and well when you travel. We've limited touchpoints and allowed for more distance between you and other guests, and for extra peace of mind, we’ve introduced a team of Wellness Ambassadors to help at every point of your journey.
No testing is required when flying into Abu Dhabi for children aged 18 or below. If you’re flying anywhere else, please follow the latest travel requirements.
For most destinations, you can take your test at any accredited medical facility.
If you need a PCR test, we accept RT-PCR and NAAT PCR tests.

You can pay to print personal documents, like your PCR test result, at selected airports. Please note that printing facilities are not available at every airport.
